1st BACH FREESTYLE

FREESTYLE UNIT:

Now is time for you to show what you are able to do just moving your body at your own style. 

After many years of P.E. classes and sport or physical activity practice now you can gather all your favorite skills and make the most of 1´ of time to show how fast, skillfull and gracefull you can move your body at your on freestyle. You choose the rules, the materials, the gear, music and stage.You are the main actor of this show, enjoy the opportunity to perform at a high level.



YOU CAN TAKE AS A REFERENCE THE FOLLOWING GROUPS OF ACTIVITIES:



1.    Juggling (balls, clubs, rings, hoops, fruit, small objects, hacki, poi-balls, devil sticks, diabolo, fresbee, chinese plate spinning…



2.    TEAM SPORTS technical drills (USING BALLS): soccer, basketball, voleyball



3.    RACKET SPORTS technical drills (NOTE: You can work in pairs; but the time you need is at least 2 minutes).



4.    BIG WHEELS: bike technical circuits (MTB, BMX, TRIAL, MONOCYCLE)



5.    SMALL WHEELS:  Roller blade, quad roller blades, skateboard, two wheel skateboard, scooter…)



6.    NO IMPLEMENT EVOLUTIONS:



a.    ACROBACIES AND STUNTS,GYMNASTIC DRILLS.

b.    FREESTYLE, PARKOUR.

c.    MARTIAL ARTS..

d.    DANCING.





7.    FITNESS  ACTIVITIES:

a.    CARDIO BOX, ZUMBA, STEP,  AEROBICS, FITBALL, TRX, CROSSFIT.

           

You will have to perform for . In case you are a team you should perform for as many minutes as members of your team (e.g. 3 people team = 3 minutes duration of the performance).

  •   Your evaluation criteria will be related to : ability, control of your skill, dynamism, the use of music regarding your movements, body language and staging.
  •        You should ask the P.E. teacher all your questions about the performance you are planning to do.
  •         If you choose a cycling or skating activity you will need helmet and pads. You will also have to check the safety measures to avoid injuries with the P. E. teacher.
  •         You will have to bring your own material or ask the P.E. teacher for the material you need from the gym´s warehouse in advance.
